Vendor Set-up Schedule:

            Vendors displaying vehicles: Wed, March 31st, 10:00AM-4:00PM

            Target Move-in Times will be assigned. 

            Vendors with basic booths only: Wed, Mar 31st Noon–4:00PM & Thurs, April 1st, 7:00AM-9:00AM

Basic Booth Information
Each Sustaining Membership that is “Paid in Full” gets one booth space*. Additional space and/or booth items are available, but additional fees apply. Your booth will include the following:
  • 10’ x 10’ area OR enough floor space for one vehicle
  • 8’ covered and skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Pipe & drape
  • One wastebasket
  • Electricity
  • Note(s): While we are providing 110V power to all vendors, any additional electrical drops, phone lines, computer hook-ups, or other utilities necessary will incur extra charges. Carpet is not included with the booth space, only pipe & drape. Each vendor requiring additional services will deal directly with NEC Expo Services.

If displaying vehicle(s), provide dimensions (width and length) of each. Note: Only one vehicle is included with your Paid Membership. Additional footage costs $1.50 per sq. ft.
If displaying more than one vehicle, calculate additional square footage required at $1.50/sq ft.

* Admission includes lunch. Calculate admission cost at $15 per person working your booth (unless you are a sponsor of $100 or more - see packet for more details)
